What counts as a clinic?
A clinic is one practice with its own patients, staff and billing. Each licensed clinic gets its own separate installation and database. If your practice has several offices, add them as locations under the same clinic.
Can I add a therapy module later?
Yes. Modules are part of your clinic’s license and can be added when you start offering a new kind of therapy. Your existing records stay exactly as they are.
Is TheraSprout HIPAA compliant?
TheraSprout already includes role-based access, an audit log and two-factor sign-in, and additional HIPAA-ready features are in progress. We are happy to walk you through the current safeguards during a demo.
